Brake Disc CNC Lathe uses high-grade cast iron to optimize the design of the bed and parts, which has good anti-shock and anti-tensile performance. When the workpiece positioning datum coincides with the gravity direction for high-speed turning, it can effectively avoid the generation of rotary shaft system swing and easily suppress the generation of cutting vibration.

Brake Disc CNC Lathe’s X-axis column adopts ball linear slide rail and ball screw, which shows high repeatability and meets the requirements of rapid cutting processing under direct drive of servo motor, and improves the overall processing accuracy and maintains good cutting rigidity. It adopts centralized automatic lubrication system, and has liquid level alarm and pressure alarm functions.
Brake Disc CNC Lathe can be equipped with CNC servo insert tool, which can automatically control the thickness of the insert surface, automatically compensate the flatness of the upper and lower surfaces. It conforms to ergonomics, humanized rotatable operation box. It has rich functions and automatic design, which is convenient for operation and control.
Due to the particularity of casting dust processing, Brake Disc CNC Lathe’s feed movement part adopts positive pressure sealing protection design, which makes the machine tool feed part always run under positive pressure, effectively preventing harmful gas such as dust, water mist, acid and alkali mist from entering the screw, guide rail, bearing and other sliding parts, damaging their service life and accuracy. It is a new set of protection technology with independent intellectual property rights.
